Pachyveria  (pak-ee-VER-ee-uh)  belong   to the Crassulaceae family.  It  is a hybrid of Pachyphytum and Echeveria.  The appearance of Pachyveria is simmilar to its parent plants, they have thick leaves like Pachyphytum and flower shape like Echeveria. Pachyveria Claire is p ossibly an  Echeveria pulidonis  hybrid .  This succulent plant is characterized by thick, dusky green-blue fleshy leaves that may be rimmed with pink during the summer.  It gets its name from the Latin word for thick: pachy. Pachyveria  ‘Claire’ forms rosettes of tapered bluish leaves that blush rose at the tips and along the margin.  Racemes of small yellow bell-shaped flowers flared at the tips.  Pachyveria is great for window sills or rock gardens. Porous soil with adequate drainage. Bright light with ample airflow. Water thoroughly when soil is dry to the touch. Protect from frost.
